The composite long police baton features a main body made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, with a connecting and fixing device utilizing a metal thread combined with a locating pin structure. The gripping end incorporates a threaded anti-slip structure.

Flexibility performance: The long police baton should be able to bend under external force, and no fractures or cracks should occur when the included angle between the two ends is 120°.
Rigidity performance: When one end of the long police baton is subjected to a force perpendicular to the baton body, the residual deformation after natural recovery should be between 10mm and 30mm.
Tensile strength: Under a 2000N pulling force, the long police baton should not exhibit cracks or fractures, and the connecting device should function normally.
Reliability of the connecting device: After 500 connections and disconnections, there should be no jamming or sticking, and the device should function normally.
Impact resistance: After 2000 consecutive strikes, the baton should not show any cracks or fractures, and the connecting device should function normally.
Temperature adaptability: Under -30°C, the long police baton should meet the flexibility performance requirements; under 55°C, it should meet the rigidity performance requirements.
The long police baton should have flame-retardant properties, with the surface flame duration being less than or equal to 5 seconds.
