BRIEF INTRODUCTION:
This shield is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, overcoming the disadvantages of traditional PC shields, which have a short lifespan, are fragile at low temperatures, and have weak protective abilities. It is equipped with an observation window with high light transmission, providing a good field of view. The handle and arm strap are designed with user comfort in mind, ensuring a comfortable and powerful grip. The shield is light in weight, effectively reducing the burden on the holder and enhancing combat capability. It has a large protective area that can effectively ensure the safety of personnel behind the shield.

1. Appearance requirements: The surface of the riot shield is smooth, with no visible defects like indentations, bubbles, burrs, sharp corners, scratches, spots, paint peeling or skinning. The gripping device of the riot shield has no burrs or sharp corners, and is designed for easy and comfortable grip. The exposed metal structures on the shield are treated to prevent rust.

12. Strike resistance: The shield body can withstand a strike with a line speed of 18m/s±0.3m/s, an energy of 342J±13J. After testing, the shield remains unbroken and free of cracks longer than 50mm.
13. Resistance to blade chopping: The upper edge of the riot shield can withstand a chop with a line speed of 8.5m/s ± 0.5m/s and an energy of 100J±5J. After testing, the depth of the blade trace is less than or equals to 50mm.
14. Coating adhesion: Level 3.
15. Flame retardant performance: ≤10s.
16. Temperature adaptability:
① The riot shield can undergo a strike-resistance test within 5 minutes after high-temperature treatment (+55℃±2℃, 4h), and the test results meet the requirements.
② The riot shield can undergo a strike-resistance test within 5 minutes after low-temperature treatment (-30℃±2℃, 4h), and the test results also meet the requirements.
