1. Appearance: The surface of the riot shield is smooth with no visible defects such as dents, bubbles, burrs, sharp angles, scratches, spots, peeling paint, or flaking. The handle of the riot shield has no burrs or sharp angles, making it easy to grip and comfortable to hold. The exposed metal parts on the shield have been surface treated and show no signs of rust.

11. Knife resistance: The shield's upper edge can withstand a hit at a speed of 8.5m/s ± 0.5m/s and an energy level of 100J±5J. After the test, the depth of the knife mark was less than or equal to 50mm.
12. Flame retardant property: ≤10s.
13. Temperature adaptability:
① After being treated at a high temperature (+55℃±2℃, 4h), the shield was tested for striking resistance within 5 minutes. The test results meet the requirements for strike resistance.
② After being treated at a low temperature (-30℃±2℃, 4h), the shield was tested for striking resistance within 5 minutes. The test results meet the requirements for strike resistance.
