As the intelligent police terminal undertaking unit of the “New Intelligent Police Patrol Car” project, Senken Group Co., Ltd. actively cooperates with the public security industry in Hunan Province to produce and deploy vehicle-mounted mobile patrol terminals (the fourth generation) to help promote the construction of “smart policing” in the public security industry in Hunan Province.
Vehicle-mounted mobile patrol terminal (fourth generation) is a new vehicle-mounted intelligent policing system produced and developed by our company in recent years, which integrates police scheduling, dynamic law enforcement evidence collection, correction and inspection, monitoring transmission, and sound and light warning, deepens the information and intelligence of law enforcement work, helps the upgrading and transformation of “sweat policing” to “smart policing”, and reduces the burden of civilian police on duty.
01 360° video surveillance
Built-in zoom gimbal, 30x high-magnification zoom, to achieve over-the-horizon law enforcement forensics. At the same time, there are multiple 500W AI high-definition wide-angle surveillance cameras around, and high-definition cameras are equipped in the car, truly realizing 360° law enforcement evidence collection without dead angles and omissions.
02 AI intelligent recognition
The self-contained machine non-human fully structured AI intelligent recognition black technology can automatically identify the five major target characteristics such as license plates, models, faces, humanoids, and non-motor vehicles, and after comparing with the public security platform database, the early warning information of successful comparison can be sent to the vehicle-mounted front-end equipment to realize the mobile investigation and control function of vehicles and personnel.
03 Dynamic illegal evidence collection
As a mobile “alert eye”, it can automatically capture a variety of illegal behaviors such as illegal parking, license plate restrictions, and occupying special lanes in traffic violations, to achieve real-time dynamic capture, collect evidence at any time, and improve the means of evidence collection for traffic management law enforcement.
04 Real-time command and dispatch
Relying on a 5G/4G all-Netcom wireless network and Beidou/GPS dual-mode positioning, it realizes timely transmission of massive information, a real-time grasp of the distribution location of police forces, and builds a real-time interactive system between the scene and the command center to achieve efficient remote command and dispatch and improve the overall efficiency of the receiving police. At the same time, according to the actual combat needs, cluster meetings can be held to achieve real-time online communication.
