New product–Quick-release bulletproof vest
1. Implementation standard: Level 3 requirements in GA141-2010 “Police Bulletproof Vests”;
2. The product consists of: bulletproof vest body, side waist, neck guard, crotch guard, arm guard, thigh, etc.;
3. The main body color is black, woven with Cordura 500D fabric, wear-resistant and tear-resistant, waterproof and oil-repellent;
4. The vest adopts laser cutting MOLLE system as a whole;
5. Bulletproof layer material: made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene;
6. Protection area: ≥0.35㎡;
7. Mass: ≤8.0kg;
8. Bulletproof layer chip thickness: single bulletproof layer thickness ≤15mm;
9. V50 bulletproof performance: V50 value of 1.1g standard simulated fragments is not less than 600m/s;
10. Depth of bulletproof vest dent: Under normal temperature environment: ≤25mm; Under water immersion environment: ≤25mm; Under high temperature environment: ≤25mm; Under low temperature environment: ≤25mm ; In hot and humid environment: ≤25mm;
11. Material properties of the bulletproof layer protective cover: The bulletproof layer protective cover is black, should be opaque and watertight, and the edge sealing should be uniform. The material of the bulletproof layer protective cover should have water-proof performance, and the hydrostatic pressure resistance should be ≥18kPa;
12. Bulletproof performance: Use the 1979 7.62mm light submachine gun and the 1951 7.62mm pistol bullet (lead core) for testing. In the case of effective hit, the bulletproof vest should block the bullet head, and the maximum depression depth of the backing should be less than or equal to 25mm;
13. The main body of the vest is equipped with laser-cut Velcro to paste the chest plate, and can also be mounted with various tactical equipment;
14. The vest adopts a one-button quick-release design, which can quickly release the shoulder and waist quick-release buckles. When the quick-release buckle is in the buckled state, a tensile force of 500 N is applied and maintained for at least 30 s. The buckle should not be damaged and can be used normally;
15. The shoulders, front chest and back are designed with decompression air cushions. The load-bearing parts are in direct contact with the convection airbags through the gas buffering effect, which has a shock-resistant effect;
16. The vest is equipped with a front panel: a sundries compartment, which can hold rifle magazines and pistol magazines;
