Riot gear is primarily used for carrying out riot control tasks, providing self-protection for dealing with riotous individuals. It can effectively protect the majority of the body and key areas from attacks with weapons, batons, and projectiles. It is also characterized by its flexibility, ease of wearing, quick dressing time, and convenient portability.

The specifications should be suitable for individuals with heights ranging from 165cm to 185cm, with a single size available. Users can adjust the connecting straps according to their own height. The riot gear should be easy and convenient to put on and take off, and after wearing it, it should not significantly restrict the free movement of both arms or hinder actions such as kneeling, jumping, squatting, running, bending, and rotating the body.
1.The sample consists of riot gear, protective gloves, and a carrying bag. The front chest, back, and limbs are protected using molded plastic armor and soft energy-absorbing materials. The groin area is made of a 2.5mm thick solid aluminum plate and foam.
2.Standard protection area: Front chest and groin ≥ 0.10㎡; back ≥ 0.10㎡; upper limbs ≥ 0.18㎡; lower limbs (including the dorsum of the foot) ≥ 0.30㎡.
3.Total mass ≤ 7.1kg.
4.Structural connection strength test: Buckle strength > 500N; Nylon fastener fastening strength > 7.0N/cm²; Belt strength > 2000N.
5.Stab resistance: The front chest, back, and crotch of the riot gear (excluding seams) should withstand a standard test knife specified in GA68-2008, with a 20J kinetic energy, without the tip penetrating.
6.Afterburn time after surface combustion of protective components should be less than or equal to 10s.
7.Impact resistance test: Place any protective component of the riot gear on a rigid surface and subject it to a 120J impact. The corresponding component should not be damaged or cracked.
8.Impact absorption performance test: Place the front chest and back of the riot gear flat on standard putty and subject them to a 100J impact. The depth of the putty indentation should not exceed 20mm.
9.High and low-temperature performance: After placing the riot gear in a constant temperature chamber at high temperature +55℃±2℃ to low temperature -20±2℃ for 4 hours, test the stab resistance performance. The test results should meet the stab resistance requirements.
10.Compliance with the standard: GA420-2008 Police Riot Gear.
