2.Material: The shell is made of engineering plastic, the cushioning layer is made of foam combined with soft energy-absorbing material, the visor is made of PC material with anti-fog treatment, and the helmet is made of non-toxic and harmless materials.

20.Impact Resistance: The visor of the riot control helmet should withstand the impact of a 1g lead bullet at a velocity of 150m/s ± 10m/s. After the impact, the visor should not be penetrated or shattered.

Instruction
1. Instructions for Use:
(a) Users should choose the appropriate product size based on their head size.
(b) Lift the visor lens towards the top of the head, then use your fingers to pull the straps on both sides to expand the opening.
(c) Tilt the helmet forward, place the front of the head into the helmet, and pull it down to fully wear the helmet.
(d) After wearing the helmet, shake it from front to back and from side to side to ensure a comfortable fit. Adjust the straps to the appropriate position and buckle them securely. Then pull the visor lens down to make sure the waterproof strip on the visor seals tightly with the front of the shell.
(e) To remove the helmet, unbuckle the straps by pressing and pulling the buckle with your fingers to expand the opening, and then remove the helmet from front to back.
2. Precautions:
(a) The straps must be fastened securely during use.
(b) Before use, check that the waterproof rubber strip on the visor maintains a good seal with the front of the shell.
(c) Overall Strength: This helmet can withstand the impact energy and penetration impact of the GA294-2001 “Riot Control Helmet for Law Enforcement” standard 5.8 and 5.9. For impacts exceeding this level, it can provide maximum protection and reduce the harm to you. Therefore, if the helmet has experienced a significant impact accident, it should be immediately discontinued or sent to the factory for assessment to determine if it can continue to be used.
(d) Overall Appearance: When using the helmet, do not apply any corrosive solvents to clean oil stains on the shell, as it may damage the material strength of the helmet.
3. Maintenance and Care:
(a) Cleaning the interior of the helmet: After long-term use, dirt and odor may accumulate inside the helmet. In such cases, use appropriate deodorizers and desiccants to remove the odor and moisture.
(b) Maintenance of the helmet surface: The surface of the helmet is more prone to dirt. When there are stains on the helmet, use a damp cloth to clean the stains, and then rub with a car wax or polish to make the helmet clean and shiny. Helmet-specific polishes can also be used for better results.
(c) Maintenance of the visor: Since the visor is a transparent component, extra care should be taken when cleaning. When cleaning the visor, mix neutral detergent with water, wash it by hand, rinse thoroughly with tap water, and then dry it with a soft cotton cloth or tissue.
